Love is in the Air

And so are proposals!

That's right friends, if you haven't already heard, my Uncle M and Future-Aunt C got engaged last night!

I met Future-Aunt C for the first time about a year ago, and we knew right away that she was special. She and her son have attended just about every family function with Uncle M and you could see how much they loved each other. She's a wonderful person and I can't wait to welcome her into our family!

I don't have any details about their wedding plans yet (after all, it only happened last night), but if I get approval to pass it along I might do a little three way comparison between my wedding, Family-Friend K's wedding, and Future-Aunt C's wedding. I'm sure they're all going to be enormously different, but equally full of love and celebration.

It's funny, but when Mishka and I got engaged last November, I expected to go on my bride-to-be journey alone. But now, within the span of two weeks I have two bride buddies I can share the joys, and stresses, of planning with. What's the saying? Man proposes, God disposes? Yeah... something like that :-P.
