Wedding Shoes: Part 2

I had a request from my Future MIL to post about the resolution to my wedding shoe adventure.

So let's back-up to my last post. Ahhh my gorgeous lace shoes. You still take my breathe away. Let's take a look at how they shape my foot:

:: sigh :: so pretty. Alas, that super high heel along with the slight size difference between the shoe and my foot meant that this beauty got returned. Oh, well. This isn't the first time that my Cinderella feet have gotten in the way of a shoe and me, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

However, the next day, my shoe shopping journey came to an end. Surprisingly, despite all my online research, I found the shoe in a store which was helpful since most of my online buys did not fit right. I was happy to try on the shoe in store and walk around a bit before deciding it was "the shoe". Wanna see?

It's unfortunately not a great shot of the shoe on my foot, but it gives you an idea of how the shoe looks. It's GORGEOUS!!! I LOVE it! And... it's actually pretty comfortable. It will absolutely not give me blisters. A few other reasons I love it? There are heart shaped crystals in that pendant which matches the the heart embellishments in my grandmother's wedding ring :).

You might be asking, shouldn't I have a Mishka warning at the top of this post? Aren't wedding shoes part of the "he can't see it before the wedding" package? Nope. Not in my book. It's a hint of what's to come. And boy is his jaw going to drop ;).
